Rental Policies
Our insurance company requires that any person listed on our rental agreement be at least 21 years old.
Yes. Each driver must be listed on the rental agreement and be at least 21 years old.
No. We do not accept cash deposits. Major credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Debit cards are also accepted.
No. Our rentals are local only, within a 100 mile radius. For example, Orlando and Sarasota are within the area, Miami and Gainesville are not.
Yes, at no charge to you.
You are allowed 100 free miles per day. The mileage is averaged over the entire rental period.
No. Our incredibly low rates are made possible by keeping our expenses low. SuperShuttle offers airport service to our location from either St Pete/Clearwater International Airport or Tampa International Airport. They offer low rates and high reliability. There are also numerous taxi services at each airport as well. If you are staying locally in the Clearwater, Dunedin, Largo, Palm Harbor, or Beach Areas, we do offer a ride to and from your location with prior approval.
CDW is Collision Damage Waiver. CDW covers the rental vehicle only. Your own automobile insurance policy may cover any damage to the rental vehicle while in your possession. If your personal automobile insurance does not cover a rental vehicle, we offer CDW at minimal rates.

We have been in business for over 35 years.
We currently operate two offices in Clearwater. Our main office is located at 529 Howard Court, at the intersection of Alternate Highway 19 (South Fort Harrison Avenue) and Belleair Road. Our downtown office is located at 1384 Gulf-To-Bay Blvd., at the intersection of Cleveland Street and Gulf-To-Bay Blvd.

We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturdays 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sundays we are closed. All times are Eastern Time Zone.
Rental Vehicles
Our fleet is made up of several types of vehicles. We carry several different makes and models. To suit your needs, we rent Compacts, Mid-Size, and Full-Size vehicles. We also carry Mini-Vans, and pick-up trucks.
Our fleet is made up of clean, dependable pre-owned vehicles. Each of our vehicles is carefully inspected before entering rental service.
Yes. In addition to a 20-point safety check each time a vehicle is returned, our service technician inspects our rentals every 3000 miles.
Rate Policies

Our rental day is based upon a 24 hour day. For instance, if you rent a vehicle at 9:00 AM, the vehicle is due back at 9:00 AM upon returning.
Yes. The rental vehicle leaves with a full tank of fuel, and you simply return it the same way.
Privacy Policy
Absolutely not! We do not rent, sell, or loan to anyone any information about you. Any information gathered by us about you is only used to quote a rental rate or rent you a car.
